  • We’ll have six comprehensive mentoring sessions, tailored to your goals and available to book at your convenience within a six month long program.

  • I’m just a voice note away when you need support or a confidence boost. Gain full access to my guidance between calls, through voice notes. I’m here whenever you need advice, feedback, or encouragement to fine-tune your strategy and the day to day.

  • Together, we’ll map out your dream career/business and break it down into actionable steps. We’ll align your long-term vision with realistic action plans.

  • Managing people is no easy streak. Whether you are a first time team leader or a seasoned pro, it’s important to have a happy and high performing team around you. This includes collaborations with external partners and freelancers. We’ll look at building key relationships and effective leadership techniques.

FAQs

How Do I Know You’re the Right Mentor for Me?

I want to make sure we are a perfect fit for each other! I share plenty of advice and guidance in my blog and on LinkedIn so you can understand my values, style, and approach as much as possible. Feel free to also drop me a message or voice note so we can chat a little before you apply.

How Do The Strategy Calls Work?

You can design Ember to suit your schedule. Our strategy calls are best spaced out to one a month, however, it is entirely up to you how frequently you book them in! You may prefer weekly calls in your first six weeks and then a continuous four to five months of ad-hoc support. It’s entirely down to you.

Once you’ve booked your time, you will receive a short form to let me know how you’re feeling on a couple of topics (your position, marketing, processes, vision, etc.). This will enable me to maximise our 1:1 sessions.

Then for your planned time, we will sit down on a video call and talk through the strategy for each topic. The session will be recorded to watch back at any time.

What Happens When I Apply?

Once you’ve completed the form, you will be automatically sent information for our work together, schedulers to book your sessions and full access to the academy of tools and templates!

Do You Offer Power Hours or an Intensive Course?

I don’t believe we can get the best results for you in just an hour or across a short amount of time. I want to know you more and make sure we get the most out of our time together. However, I do offer a Mini Ember where you can book one strategy session and follow up with four weeks of support. I believe this is a great way to work together without missing out on the transformations you can achieve. Mini Ember sessions cost £800 for 1x Strategy Session and 4x Weeks of Support. Ember will kick-start straight away. You’ll have access to tools, templates and masterclasses. Strategy calls can be booked immediately. Depending on my availability, I may not be available urgently and may need to be booked in advance, so it’s best to sign up as soon as you are ready to avoid disappointment or delays.

How Do You Know What Strategy Is Best for My Career?

I love helping people figure out what really works for them - and what doesn't. One of my superpowers as a mentor is understanding what strategies and plans would work best for you as a person and for your version of success! There is nothing I love more than diving in and identifying your unique values while also balancing that with exactly what goals you want to reach - both in your life and your current job.
